How Therapy for Anxiety Works
Many people experience occasional anxiety and worry in their lives, but others may become trapped in a seemingly endless loop of nervous emotions. This can manifest in different ways, such as panic attacks, phobias, or obsessive-compulsive tendencies (OCD).

Through my approach to anxiety counselling, I can help you break the underlying source of anxiety and worry so you can embrace the opportunities your life holds for you. For example, we can clarify what you are truly afraid of (it is not always what you think it is at first). Once we identify the real source of your anxiety, we can go to work on helping you address and confront those anxiety-inducing patterns. I also am equipped with a variety of tools, from cognitive-behavioral techniques to "custom-fitted" suggestions tailored to your particular personality, to learn new coping mechanisms for your anxiety.
