ABOUT ME
Experienced & Well-Educated Psychologist
Raised and Trained in New York City, Now practicing in Toronto and NYC
I was born and raised in New York City. I lived in New York until 2020, when I moved to Toronto. I am trained to recognize troubling, self-defeating patterns- and I used those skills to anticipate the current problems in the United States and seek citizenship in Canada.

My Education:
I now practice in both Toronto and New York City. I treat adults and adolescents for individual therapy, and couples therapy is a large part of my practice as well. My commitment to my work motivated me to seek out many years of education in the field of psychology. After earning my Bachelor of Science degree at Cornell University, I received my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Fordham University in New York City. I then worked as a psychologist at various hospitals and clinics. I later completed an additional four-year postdoctoral training program at the William Alanson White Institute of Psychiatry, Psychoanalysis, and Psychology in Manhattan.

Mentoring Psychologists & Psychotherapists
I teach and supervise other psychotherapists because I want to contribute to my discipline and its continued development. I have supervised psychotherapists at both the William Alanson White Institute and at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy in New York City. Additionally, I taught students seeking advanced training in psychotherapy and psychoanalysis at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy in New York.

The Bottom Line
Throughout my career, I have cultivated skills which not only enable me to understand how a person developed their difficulties. But even more importantly, I have learned not only how to know how to identify the changes you need to make, but enable you to make those changes that can lead to a happier and more well-adjusted life.
